The sister concern of the company M/s Dhruv Medicos Pvt Ltd is C&F for H&H Pharmaceurtica, Sante Mernaud and Avera and 12 retail counters in Delhi and NCR.  Other sister concern NDPL Inc deals in Pharma OTC and Neelkanth Agencies in FMCG of Johnson and Johnson and Nestle.
